It’s faster, safer for construction workers, and reduces the risk of fire, while offering superior quality compared to wood construction. Additionally, we aim to provide customers with fixed-price quotes to avoid surprises later on. The most significant difference lies in the value of the building; currently, with wood structure, a large portion of the cost is attributed to labor, whereas with steel a steel structure , the majority of the cost is for the building materials, resulting in a higher intrinsic value for the structure.
